Ratings and reviews

It's already frustrating enough that it won't allow you to make payments on the weekend, but I usually like to make my payments early to avoid more interest. Earlier this week idk if the app was having issues but there was no notification of maintenance being done. Anyway, I kept trying to make my payment on the 3rd,it wouldn't go through. I tried multiple times and logged out and back in even. I'm just disappointed/bothered that this was so inconvenient when I've never had this problem before

The app used to work great but now I can't even login due to the policy update notification being stuck on the screen when I attempt to. I couldn't accept them because there is no button to accept so I have to login on my browser. when I did that the terms came up again and let me accept them so I thought the app would start working then by default but it still hasn't. FIX IT!

the rating for nearly a 5 star average for this app is clearly either artifical or was maybe decent in the past but is not anymore. Despite all the correct information, it would never acknowledge my credentials. The only way I was able to even make an account was going on the desktop site and entering my information there. Even when I made a account and tried to do it on the app. it still always give errors of "not the correct information. This app is garbage. use the desktop site instead.
