AFAIK I have the most recent version of the My Account app and widget but they have never worked reliably or completely correctly for many years on any of my (many) Tracfones. The only time I can think of where the account information was readily available on my phone and reliable was when I had my first very simple TracFones that were not smartphones. Just simple small LED displays that have the correct information. Why is it so hard to get this right? And why do I have to sign in at all?

To fix this issue all you need to do is uninstall the current widget. Then, go to your widgets and select the New Balance Widget.

I've been a tracfone customer for 5 years or so. I've always used the app to refill my service. But it has been impossible for a couple of days now. It keeps denying my debit card. I checked with my bank and they said my card us fine. Tried again today ( 4 times) Still denying my card. I've talked to customer service several times with no help. The last call to customer service I was on the phone over 30 minutes. Call was gone and still no help. This is ridiculous

Today, 7-19-25 I tried logging in to my account yet again. To my surprise it won't let me. I'm prompted to type my password and the same thing happens over and over again, can't log in! I'm really hating this app right now! Also there had been an update, so I updated and still can't log in. I uninstalled and reinstalled with the same luck, so I restarted my phone and STILL cannot log in! It's very annoying. And doesn't even deserve a one star
