Ratings and reviews

Lots of issues with this app version. Changing/canceling flights no longer works, the flow freezes or errors out every time. Uploading a passport also fails as the framing of the picture does not line up with the actual photo taken so it's impossible to get a picture that's accepted. In general the app has been getting slower and glitchier with every update, they're adding too much bloat and advertising and it's affecting the core functionality of managing flights.

when it works, it works well. The app is well constructed but it bugs out WAY too often. so many times I try to see my trip itinerary/make changes and it gets stuck at "please wait" and will spin forever until failing. clearing the cache doesn't work, signing out and in doesn't work. the only way to fix it is restart my phone. it's a massive issue and makes the app useless at times. pls fix.

Often unable to log in. App often doesn't respond to button presses. Flight and baggage information is incorrect. Navigation is unintuitive. Ended up having to get paper boarding passes to be able to fly like it was the 20th century. Still trying to figure out what state my luggage is actually in. There are ads in an app for a service that I'm already paying hundreds of dollars to get used.

It’s almost the end of 2025 and we got some new updates coming your way! In this release, we’ve given a new refreshed look to our Trips section. We’ve also added the ability to expand and collapse your trips into a list so you can see more trips on one page.
