very user unfriendly n confusing, cannot even recognise which is special character n which is not, so dump, change you software developer. and so stupid that prompt for digital token input from d app while I tried to login, how can I access d digital token, totally not practical n not usable, THE WORSE Bank App I ever use, if the is a negative 5 star I will give -5*

Very useful. but over reliance on the pin number. we all using smartphone now, and I think fingerprint is more secure than a pin code. why the app always ask to key in the pin code rather than just use fingerprint to approve all the transactions?

Always very slow compared with other bank apps and for months now, it's even unresponsive unless restarting the phone, a Samsung S23 Ultra. Reported the issue few times but response is slow and issue remains unresolved despite their "escalation" to technical team.
