Always very slow compared with other bank apps and for months now, it's even unresponsive unless restarting the phone, a Samsung S23 Ultra. Reported the issue few times but response is slow and issue remains unresolved despite their "escalation" to technical team.

need to restart the phone everytime then can view or do transaction. try to call. but the hot line was too hot. waited nearly 20 min give up the app

reporting an app error that didn't use to occur. I am NOW unable to login using the Infinity Secure-login code process. After tapping Login Code icon, I do get prompted for Secure PIN, but nothing happens after I keyed in the correct PIN. might be an incompatibility with my phone (Samsung S24 FE) since I can login fine if I tap on the app notification for authenticating my Infinity Secure. problem arises when the app notification is delayed or missed.
