App works for most transactions. On cell phone, the app supports biometric (fingerprint) login -- until it doesn't and makes the user log in with their stored password. That glitch is very inconvenient when it happens on international travel/vacation when the user can be locked out for days/weeks until they can get home to find their password. App needs 2FA for users in those circumstances, or the development team needs to ensure Bio Login is continuously available.

Not able to see Minor accounts that I have access to. I'm not able to see them on Online banking either. It's frustrating having to call each time and put on hold and no no one never pick up. I Guess you are short of staff. No one has answered my email either.

It's good when it works. The app either gives an error message or it doesn't open at all. The most frustrating part about it not working is it works when I don't need to get onto the app really but when I need it it doesn't work at all. And this can go on for days at a time when you cannot access the account. This is one of the reasons I never made this account my primary account, just a backup.
