I recently switched from AT&T to Mint Mobile, and I have to say that I'm thoroughly unimpressed with the service. Despite having a 60 GB plan, the data speed with Mint Mobile feels like dial-up after reaching the limit. In contrast, even after exhausting my high-speed data with AT&T, the service remained significantly faster. This stark difference has left me waiting endlessly for things to load with Mint Mobile, a frustration I never experienced with AT&T.

I recently left Mint, the service was great and the pricing is reasonable. I moved to an area where all carriers struggle with, but T-Mobile just wasn't reliable enough in the area. The only reason Mint lost a star is the lack of access to your own Account # & Port-out #. If you ever plan on switching, you have to call to switch, which makes it more complicated then it needs to be. Despite this, I'd highly recommend Mint

Beyond frustrating and aggravating to be logged out and then asked for a password, (instead of a quick and easy biometric scan) only for the app to say "invalid log in, you entered something incorrectly" (I didn't). And there's no option to reset password from there. This happens every time the app decides a password is required over biometrics. And of course, each time requires a painfully long call to CS to explain the issue again and again.
