I will never buy a Nebula projector again. While it was a decent projector when it was working it decided to malfunction after about 3 years. I had it in my room under great conditions and then it just wouldn't turn on anymore. I called support and did everything I could to troubleshoot, factory reset, and even bought a new compatible charger. I was offered little to nothing for a new projector, replacement, and or a repair. I won't make the same mistake again.

The hardware gets a 5/5. I couldn't be happier. (1 gen) The software is ALMOST where it needs to be. Pros: * love the option to go from mouse to control. Excellent idea. * The Android interface is great. I have only used Netflix and Youtube, but I am very happy so far. I look forward to downloading more apps Cons: * I loathe using the mouse to type logins, searches, passwords. If you add a keyboard option to the app, that would truly be helpful.

This app sucks. You can never get it to work. And everytime there an update I can never get it to reconnect to my projector. I love the projector, ive had it for 5 years, but I had to buy a roku because the software always crashes and the app doesn't work and getting to Netflix is always a hassle as well. Anker needs to step up their software game because it barely functions
