I ordered multiple items through the Instamart app, and not all of them were delivered. There was no update, no refund, no communication about the missing products. When I reached out to the support team, all they did was copy-paste a generic “Sorry for the inconvenience” message — no resolution, no real help, and no accountability. It’s honestly frustrating and disappointing to see such poor service. I paid for the items, and now I'm just left with a half-filled bag and zero support.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent Instamart experience. I placed an order that clearly showed LED lights at a steal deal for Rs. 38, along with Tide detergent and a D'Decor bedsheet. After delivery, detergent was removed (out of stock) and I was told my payment would be refunded. Shockingly, I was charged Rs. 999 for the LED lights instead of Rs. 38. No response to support emails. Unacceptable system error, wrong billing, and no support. Collect order and refund.

They refused to give me an exchange for the product I had ordered despite telling them the size description given on the product is inaccurate. atleast it was not resolved. I had to file a complaint at the e commerce grievance. and despite mailing you after response also no use. what shall I do with the product if it doesn't fit me. waste of buying stuffs from Instamart if the service is bad. main issue was the item didnot mention exact dimensions for the size. it's their fault and u are backing
