I ordered multiple items through the Instamart app, and not all of them were delivered. There was no update, no refund, no communication about the missing products. When I reached out to the support team, all they did was copy-paste a generic “Sorry for the inconvenience” message — no resolution, no real help, and no accountability. It’s honestly frustrating and disappointing to see such poor service. I paid for the items, and now I'm just left with a half-filled bag and zero support.

It is convenient But it should be better if you stop saying it will be delivered within 10 minutes if you can't do that. It's fine to take a long time, i can understand, it needs to be packed, the delivery person should drive safely. But why are you showing a time if you can't do that? insted of 1p minutes, put 20 minutes, its fine. Once i ordered something, and it took 10 minutes just to assign a delivery partner. It caused so many inconveniences since they couldn't deliver it on time.

Ordered a 70mm lock but received a 50mm instead. I immediately raised a complaint and provided all the details along with images, but the customer service team took over an hour just to "check" the issue and still couldn’t resolve it. The wrong item was not picked up or returned. When I escalated, they asked me to wait 4–8 hrs for an email update, but I never received any communication. Extremely poor service and frustrating experience.
