Instamart is super convenient for quick grocery shopping. The delivery is always fast, and the quality of products—whether it’s fruits, vegetables, or daily essentials—is excellent. The packaging is neat, items are fresh, and prices are reasonable. I love how it saves me time and effort, especially for last-minute needs. Definitely a reliable and hassle-free service!

Ordered a 70mm lock but received a 50mm instead. I immediately raised a complaint and provided all the details along with images, but the customer service team took over an hour just to "check" the issue and still couldn’t resolve it. The wrong item was not picked up or returned. When I escalated, they asked me to wait 4–8 hrs for an email update, but I never received any communication. Extremely poor service and frustrating experience.

I bought a shampoo from you that was delivered damaged, so I returned it. I was told the refund would be processed in 7 days, but it still hasn’t been credited. I also tried the in-app message option but couldn’t connect with an agent. There’s no call feature, no email reply — this is the worst customer service I’ve seen. Process my refund immediately.
