I created an account for swiggy delivery partner , paid RS.269 , and completed training . But there's been no response yet. It says on the app that the form has been submitted, please wait for 2-3 hours, but it's been 144 hours and the DE ID hasn't arrived. Tapped the "I need a call" option more than 100 times, but there's no response from there either. If you don't won't to hire me, please return my money.

I would like to give 2 stars out of 5 rating because sometimes the app does not work properly, sometimes the map does not open, sometimes the photo does not upload, sometimes the capture button does not work, and their support team is very bad. 1. Add monthly option to your earnings. 2. If we transfer the order to a rider for any reason, he should have the option of Pay OTP. 3.Your own rider sits idle and waits for hours. Instead of giving the order to them, the order is given to a third party

Very bad experience with the Swiggy Delivery Partner app. At the time of pickup it showed ₹101, but after completing the delivery it was reduced to ₹70. I went to deliver the order out of zone and traveled more than 9 KM, but the return-to-zone amount was not added. I raised a ticket, and they closed it saying the correct amount was paid — which is totally unfair. The app has too many payment issues and lacks transparency. I’m really disappointed and will uninstall this app.
