JBL Headphones app redefines your headphones experience. Through your mobile device, you can now conveniently control the headphone settings, smart ambient, noise cancelling and many more in your JBL Headphones app. Supported models are:

Ratings and reviews

App sucks. My earbuds are Live Pro 2. They're wonderful but since the app only connects to them on a rare occasion, I cannot change the settings. It connects only when you get lucky. And since it won't connect & the software updates (the earbuds, not the app) take 15 minutes when it DOES connect, I can't get the software updates! I will never buy another JBL product again.

Great app, but my earphones kind of glitch out if they're playing music while I'm connecting to them through the app. Also, it would be nice if you could customize individual touch controls, like for example, tap to play/pause, double tap to turn up volume, and triple tap to turn it down. And it would also be great if it had Gemini support, instead of only Google Assistant. Other than that though, the app itself is great.

It would be nice to be able to turn on the headphones from the app, or at all really if they've gone idle and shut off but have not been returned to their case. Being unable to do this sort of inhibits the practicality of the find my device function since it will only set them to ring when they are on, and connected to Bluetooth. Like if they're connected to Bluetooth, they can only be so far but if they're off? It can't help you.
