Ratings and reviews

Up until recently the app worked great. More recently the app will crash any time you switch to a different app (for example to copy a bank account number) then go back to the kiwibank app it stops working literally freezes. Likewise if you've been using the app and come back to using it later it freezes up and crashes. Needs fixing. The usability of this app has tanked recently and it's not my phone it does it on both my devices. Consistently. Come on Kiwibank you can do better.

Removing the long press features on accounts is incredibly inconvenient and silly. You have taken away functionality and made the app harder to use. I have been frustrated many times when I go to transfer money between accounts and I've had to override my existing muscle memory because long pressing on the account no longer does anything useful. It has slowed me down and is a terrible user experience. You've added extra steps to core functions when you should be trying to remove them.

This latest update is a big step backwards. Prior to this latest, you were able to press and hold on an account to start a transfer. That feature has been removed, adding 4 steps to the transfer process. Worse still, the feature you have implemented is "share", something nobody uses! Come on guys, what are you thinking?
