edit: Still not able to log in after how many months? When I tried the number given for troubleshooting the lady said everything looked okay on her end, and she had no idea what was wrong or how to fix it. It shouldn't be a device thing either, as I'm not able to login using the website on my phone browser or my laptop browser either. I don't know how many times I try to login and I get "experiencing technical difficulties" or "invalid credentials".

im sick of it! there are too many processing errors and discrepancies on my checking accounts. one day it will show $150 with nothing pending, and the next day will show $10 with no additional transactions. for instance, this paycheck i made a little less than usual. And my checking was around $100 for spending, i spent $20. and my account said pending for a WEEK. i then came back today and it said $20 was left. where did $60 go? who knows. theres no recent transactions or pending items.

It often takes days for transactions to show up. Sometimes the money is gone but there's no corresponding charge, or sometimes the vendor has confirmed that they received their money, but nothing shows up at all and it looks like the money is still there. It's ridiculous that I feel the need to go back to keeping a paper and pencil ledger in 2025 in order to manage my day to day banking. If switching banks weren't such a hassle, I would have been gone weeks after opening the account.
