Ratings and reviews

First of all, I love BECU. The website is great. I really want to love their app, but it just isn't as good as the website. The most annoying thing to me is not showing the balance after each transaction like the website does. This is info that I am used to seeing and have come to rely on so I can compare month to month that my balance will cover my needs. Also, this app keeps "forgetting" my biometrics and that just makes me not use it again until I need to make another mobile deposit.

So far, this is not working on my mobile phone. I have always been able to scan checks to my desktop computer and make online deposits. Now that feature no longer appears as being available. Perhaps I missed a memo about it. However, I also have it loaded on my cell phone. The picture of the check can't be auto-snapped for reasons unknown to me. I use the manual option and it takes clear pictures of front and back. When I send it for dep., I get oops message, even when pics are clear.

This app is great! BECU has been the number 1 bank in my family for a while, we always use their services. One thing I wish there was for banking, is round ups. On the GreenLight app I had for my personal debit card before this checking card, whenever I would spend money, it would put the round ups into savings. I wish this app did the same, so I could have an even number in my free spending at all times and have more in my savings.
