Ratings and reviews

Very rarely shows accurate account balance. Things appear then disappear for a few days, things show paid and accounted for on Wed then next Monday they show pending again. You really need to keep track yourself which kinda defeats the purpose. Keep your own records and do t trust the app if your like me a live paycheck to paycheck, makes it very difficult to see what you actually have. Have 50 on my account yet 30 in overdraft fees. Nice

Not sure what is the problem now. I make repeated attempts at logging in and no matter how careful I am, I get the "name and password do not match" message. Even after a password change, forced on me when I was locked out of my account for repeated attempts to log in, it would not allow me to log in. Also, want to use your VPN to be safe? This app won't let you log in with VPN, or even without VPN it turns out. Then there is the weekend site maintenance which precludes mobile banking use.

I don't understand how the mobile deposit has not been improved over the years. Every picture I take of my checks it always says that it's blurry or that I have to retake them. Auto capture almost never works and even when it does the pictures are blurry even though I'm holding the phone perfectly still. I just tried depositing a check and after three attempts I gave up. Complete garbage.
