I was asked to update my info b4 I can access my acct. After providing the necessary update required, an Error Prompt "Invalid Format" appeared. (Invalid Format What??? - It doesn't say) So, I uninstalled the app after several attempts resulting in the same invalid format prompt. Upon, re-installing, I was asked for my Mobile Number and Password which doesn't match (???) even if I inputted what was exactly written on my list/notes. So, I'm left with no choice but to opt for the "Forgot Password

I applied here when I watched their collab with Ninong Ry on Oct 30, 2023 & my account just got approved yesterday (Aug 20, 2025). Strike 1. I reinstalled the app because I got curious of their offerings today but I can't press the login link because it overlaps my nav buttons. I had to change my system navigation to gestures just to click login. Strike 2. I'm now able to login but I can't skip the update info screen, they want me to key in my PhilSys Id Num just to see the home screen. Strike 3

WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. Can't even get past the account creation. Was already on the last step of filling out the form and it keeps hanging. I tried several times, but the app keeps on timing out.
