Maximise your allowance
Want to get the most from your allowance? No problem. Use Data Gifting to move data between your family’s EE plans quickly and conveniently.

WiFi Controls
If you’ve got a new EE Broadband package, you can fine-tune your connectivity with WiFi Controls—straight from the app. WiFi Enhancer lets you activate Work Mode and Game Mode, so you can be sure you’re maximising your connection’s potential.

Parental Controls
You can keep everyone safe online with Parental Controls, and easily set controls on what the kids have access to online. And, because every child is different, you can tailor access at device or profile level.

Digital Assistance
The EE app also helps you get access to assistance whenever and wherever you need it. Your digital assistant Aimee is always available and ready to help, and you can get important updates, like data usage alerts, straight to your phone.

really bad app. doesn't give if you are on unlimited plans they refuse to give details on actual usage (so you can be informed when checking for future deals). also if you want to report a network issues the only way to do that is use the app in an online mode! clue is in the name, network issues. o2s app is so much better. previous reports of issues via EE app go ignored.

Please can you send an update as the EE app has got loads of bugs in it. It won't load certain parts on the app and it shows up a grey screen when I check my ussage and it also won't let me check my usage on my next bill date and other options on the EE app plus it's really really slow as well please fix this as soon as possible and make sure you send a powerful update please.

This app seems to fail more than it works for me (in frequency of attempted use, rather than time) - mainly data-gifting. Most recently the gifting screen crashes (20250413). This is aside from (the long-term issue of) the app being slow.

What’s new

We’ve listened to your feedback and now it’s easier for our Smart Hub 3 and 4 customers to find the pause WiFi feature. It’s now been added to the handy Manage section in the EE app. With Pause WiFi you can pause or freeze your WiFi to the devices you choose, it’s an easy way to help the whole household drift off. Just make sure you’re on the latest version of the EE app, to get this update and a whole lot more.
