Want to get the most from your allowance? No problem. Use Data Gifting to move data between your family’s EE plans quickly and conveniently.

WiFi Controls
If you’ve got a new EE Broadband package, you can fine-tune your connectivity with WiFi Controls—straight from the app. WiFi Enhancer lets you activate Work Mode and Game Mode, so you can be sure you’re maximising your connection’s potential.

Parental Controls
You can keep everyone safe online with Parental Controls, and easily set controls on what the kids have access to online. And, because every child is different, you can tailor access at device or profile level.

Digital Assistance
The EE app also helps you get access to assistance whenever and wherever you need it. Your digital assistant Aimee is always available and ready to help, and you can get important updates, like data usage alerts, straight to your phone.

Clunky & awful! Painful slow loading, sensitive if you try and click through to something and it thinks too many clicks and crashes. You try and view something outside of the app, say "view broadband deals" or anything slightly out of the usual view your bill and it wants me to sign in, even though I have biometric set up, wants sign in if I go off apps and it opens an EE tab to view extra stuff, for a tech firm you don't have make it painful! Don't ask me to DM on socials as I Dont have them!

app is so slow to load. looks like it loads from web instead of storing local so has to refresh every time. went from BT to EE which I was told I had to. BT app let you pause devices for a certain amount of time e.g. 1hour and even if you fully locked it would unpaused them when the schedule was meant to, EE let's you just pause and wont unpause when schedule says devices are to go online. app just interested in showing you deals and not allowing you to maintain your network.

New EE customer. Downloaded the app 2 days ago. Unable to login at all. Constant stream of errors or just redirects back to login. Hope to give it a better rating in future, but it's totally unusable for me. Edit: Hoped to say more positive things, but I'm not sure how this app got through basic QA. It simply doesn't work, and at one point threw me an error message suggesting I might like to debug it myself in the console.

What’s new

We’ve given the home screen a fresh new look and made everything run more smoothly - so managing your Pay Monthly or Broadband account is now quicker and easier. You can check your bill, manage add-ons and more, all right from the home screen. It’s everything you need, right where you need it. Just update to the latest version of the EE app to get all the good stuff.
