The app is horrendous, with continuous loops of buttons that dont lead to where they say they do. Can't access important already filed tax forms to send to the CRA. They say they store the files for up to 7 years, but they're nowhere to be found. Continuous money grabbing prompts everywhere. Took my money twice (after claiming to be completely free) for 2020 & 2021 returns and won't even work on my phone. The developers didnt even try. Absolute junk, borderline useless, do not waste your time.
