A few hours after I posted a negative comment on the Absa app, I received a call from the bank to help resolve the issue. I was very impressed with their professionalism and quick response, which is nothing like what I'm used to from a certain bank (the one starting with 'M' and ending with 'B'). I must admit, based on this experience, Absa offers a great service

I've downloaded the app, but it won't stay fixed on my phone, I have to keep going to Google download, which is very annoying. Absa rep contacted me, and suggested I had hidden the app, I checked this and now all is working fine. I had forgotten I had hidden it, he was very helpful, many thanks.

Very nice app overall. just a bit slow. and the constant need and waiting OTP sms is irritsting. our fingerprints should be enough. just like the other mauritian bank apps. took out my mobile to pay at a shop BOOM> needs login with password etc then OTP. took me 2 minutes while others waiting in line .. my biometrics aint enough? safer? no bro. if a thief cuts my finger off and is using my biometrics to log in to the bank anyway he can read the sms and get the OTP. RIGHT? 0 sense
