This app is good, but so inconsistent. The fingerprint access stopped working a long time ago. Despite it being enabled, it still asks for my password. My main reason for use is to alert me when unknown devices join my network. But since the last update, it is alerting me when my own saved devices join the network. I have them saved to profiles, so it should not be alerting. This is very annoying.

For last couple of days the app is timing out and says "Looks like we're having trouble". I can't use any of my devices that are on profiles. Support keeps telling me to uninstall with no solution in sight. Previous to this, the turning on and off of scheduled downtime (for kids) has been an absolute chore. App will give an error message to Try Again Later when simply turning on/off a preset time schedule.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Can you please send us an email at SHM-Support@att.com with the user id and Billing Account Number (BAN) you are using to login and screenshots of any error messages you are receiving? We would like to look into this for you.

I have not found this app to be a helpful way of getting or sending useful information. ATT does not seem to be giving any updates via the app and as long as there is a general outage, it does not allow for reporting an issue with your personal fios line to the house. For example, my last update is from 3 days ago and it says the outage will be fixed in 24 hours.
