AT&T Visual Voicemail allows you to review and manage your voicemail directly from your smartphone eliminating the need to dial into your mailbox.

• A supported Android smartphone. Note: Non-AT&T variant smartphones may not be compatible.

Note: Receiving voicemail on this app does not count against your data rate plan allotment while on the AT&T network. A cellular data or Wi-Fi Calling connection is required; AT&T Visual Voicemail does not work on a Wi-Fi only connection. International data and messaging charges apply to receiving, replying to, and forwarding voicemail messages while roaming internationally. Data and messaging used in replying to and forwarding voicemail messages via SMS, MMS, or e-mail are counted against your data and/or messaging plan, and applicable charges apply if data and/or messaging plan limits are exceeded. Data charges may apply when downloading this application or using text transcription. This app may send a free one-time SMS to AT&T to retrieve mailbox information.

Ratings and reviews

Works great and has worked great for years. S22+, Android 16, OneUI 8. But it worked back on my S10+ It transcribes calls, shows caller, let's you delete them from your voicemail box. It does everything you can do if you set your voicemail up by calling and doing it on the phone, but it's much faster and simpler to do it in the app.

I agree. Good when it works but has been a problem for a long time. Says it wasn't fully activated, but will not let me activate. Attempted to uninstall but cannot find it in my apps list to uninstall and reinstall. Called tech support. After working with support for over 30 minutes, call was disconnected. And, you know how they ask for your phone number if you get disconnected? They never called back. Continued troubleshooting on my own, still with no luck. Looking for replacement app.

it works and that's all. during verification process it couldn't read text messages that I received and that att sent to me. No option for adding the unwanted number to a block list, so I have to do this manually in the active armor app, which of course doesn't give me an option to hear my voicemail. so one app to listen to and the other to manage. I'd like to have one app to rule them all, instead.
