app is very bad. they have the worst customer chat. my experience, I ordered food , the wait time was 40 mins , which I accepted. after 30mins, someone from delivery team called me and asked if the food reached, I said no. the wait time increased by another 30 mins, just like that. It's like we have no other place to be. I spoke to the chat service, they replied very nonchalantly, saying that they cannot cancel order cancel fee will be the full amount. uninstalled right then .

Such a disappointing experience. I waited an hour and a half for my order only for them to tell me that the food I ordered was not available to begin with and that it was an issue on their side. Then they very conveniently issued a refund for the food... like I didnt just waste my time and energy waiting for the said food. Do better.

Very disappointing first experience. I downloaded this app because it showed a Buy One Get One Free offer. But when I placed my order, the conditions for the offer were not clearly displayed. As a new user, I assumed BOGO would apply automatically (like in other apps). Instead, I ended up paying ₹192 for just a single roll, which is unreasonably high. When I contacted support, they kept repeating the same rule (“you must add 2 items, coupon cancels BOGO”) instead of actually helping. I explaine
