I've been monitoring the issues with this app since booking an upcoming trip. I have the latest version 7.2.3. The Buttons on the home screen still do not work for "Book Flight, Check In or Manage My Trip". This absolutely has to be fix AND they need to add a "hamburger" app menu as a secondary path to access those functions. Otherwise this app is completely useless & you'll have to do everything through your phone's browser of choice.

App does NOT work for boarding passes. Highly recommended to print them from a PC. The app only says "unable to access, try again later" for boarding passes, even after closing, reopening, signing out/signing in, rebooting phone, uninstalling and reinstalling, and resetting password. Still won't access those boarding passes. The company really needs to figure this out if they want me to ever fly with them again.

I've been flying with Allegiant for almost 5 years now. I've never experienced a problem like this before. The app won't work, won't let us modify, add bags, or check in. After calling 2 or times, and waiting almost an hour, the person couldn't even help us. Just told us to show up and check in with a person. He was getting the same errors, couldn't do anything, and just said show up 2 hours prior, maybe TSA has selected you for extra checking.
