The M2U Biz app will seek permission for the following:
• Access your accounts using Face ID and also upload documents when you apply for a new product or service.
• Access to your contact directory to give you the convenience of selecting your contacts when you make a transaction to a mobile number or issue an invoice by selecting from your contacts.
• Access to your device’s storage to give you the option to store the Maybank2u Biz app in an SD Card.
• Access to your audio phone to enable you to make a direct call to the bank’s hotline.

Ratings and reviews

One of the terrible banking apps at the moment. If it's not due to the kind and helpful officers at the bank branch, we would dump this account due to this garbage app. It is laggy, filled with bugs, notification went missing, error in downloading statements, and list goes on. This is not a start up, for god's sake. It's a billion dollar company. Please fix it, or terminate whoever working on this app.

Latest update cannot use share button at the receipt page. Nothing happened when clicking on share button at right top of apps. So cannot share the transaction receipt unless use screenshot method and send as a picture

I cannot share or download my pdf receipt. This is ridiculous. Please fix this issue urgently as I cannot even download the receipt from web app. I dont understand why the data/info in mobile app is not synchronized with web app. Doesnt make sense.
