I opened this account over 2 years ago and rarely used it. After not using it for so long they closed my account. Thats gonna hurt my credit score I've been trying so hard to build. Because I'm losing credit history, and a line of credit. So my overall credit limit dropped, ultimately increasing my credit usage. If they are going to force you to use the card then they should have some sort of inactivity fee. Rather than close your account for inactivity. Highly disappointed...

Not horrible per se. Limited functionality and features compared to the desktop 🖥️ web version It's not that not great of an app and is bare bones basic (UI is old, blah color pallet theme ) and this app crashes every now and then especially when using fingerprint sign in. I just force quite (app settings option ) this app more then average compared to my other apps.

I appreciate that Amazon secure card buy synchrony Bank are helping those who need a second started building your credit. But I'm frustrated about the payment process. I got approved with $100 credit limit, little over half of that, and made my first payment in full. It is now been over a week, and my payment still hasn't been posted to my account. There's no reason it should take that long especially when we're expected to pay a higher interest rate.
