This is like the worst app in my experience. I have tried to order around 6 to 7 times, and I'm not even exaggerating when I say that ONLY 1 order ever got fulfilled that too in like 30 mins or something. Every time they just keep showing 'we'll assign a delivery partner soon' for 25 minutes and honestly that's so annoying. I kept hoping it would become a go to app for me but I'm really disappointed. My actual rating would be actually 0.1 star tbh. Alr deleted the app, never downloading it again

I had a very disappointing experience with Swiggy Instamart. I ordered items worth ₹487 but accidentally entered the wrong address. When I tried to check the cancellation charges, the order got canceled automatically without showing any warning, and the full amount was deducted. I also didn’t receive any call from the delivery partner before cancellation. Even after contacting support multiple times, I didn’t get any proper help or refund. Really disappointed with how this issue was handled.

I just order couple of items on Swiggy Instamart but I received a raisin packet which was already expired It costed me 117 and when I complained about it to Swiggy they told me that most welcome can do is give you a refund of 98 that's all ,no replacement of the product nothing just 98 and when I tried to re order it it costing me 140 with there charges , please guys check the orders if expired or not they are scamming us.
