I AM A GOOD PAYER OF ATOME. I ALWAYS PAY ON TIME AND MOSTLY FULL. This time I locked my card whenever I dont have transactions but suddenly I got an unauthorized transaction! The amounts are big. I asked customer servicw but they only give me automated links and messages, a link I cant open! Now they keep on calling me even tho I already contacted them many times.

at first it was smooth, not until they offered a second re-loan and rejected it. Even when I settled for my pending cash loan months earlier than its due, so that if I get a re-loan there will be no other pending cash loan because I don't want multiple pending loans. But even if I cleared it all they still declined the second loan when I re-apllied, even if they are the one who offered for a re-loan. I always pay on time and never miss payments they even lowered my credit limit without notice.

I'm a new user of this app. The first month was smooth. Then on the 2nd month I had an unauthorized transaction using my Atome card. I immediately reached out to customer service and reported the transaction. It's been 3 weeks now and still got no resolution and my bill is due tomorrow, Nov 26th. Today, I asked customer to temporarily exclude the disputed transaction while the investigation is ongoing and I was told they can't do it. This is so unfair and frustrating!
