Update2: still not fixed. Update: still logs me out. Original: latest update ruining experience. Very glitchy, repeatedly logs me out and requests I log back into account. Many images in the app appear unstable and flicker on/off as I scroll through the app. Found several articles recently which request I view the article in a browser (not in the app), but the link provided to view in browser does not work. This never used to be an issue. Real shame, especially given this is a paid service.

Great content. Somewhat usable user experience. On Android, backing out of a story results in being taken back to the list of top news stories, no matter where one was browsing previously. (Old review: Great content. But latest version on Android is unusable. Every four seconds the screen turns grey while the app says it is "checking for Play Store purchases".)

1. I get a "Unable to load today's edition" error near constantly making the app unusable. 2. When I do manage to load a story, the font is stuck in a serif based font. This is a massive no-no from an accessibility point of view and there appears no obvious way to change it to something more readable. (also the case on the Times website) . I won't pay for a subscription that is uncomfortable to read when other news channels use accessible fonts for no charge at all. Rubbish app
