App works fine, but there are a few issues: 1. Taking loan is difficult, you have to keep trying numerous times before it becomes successful. 2. Repayment; we need access to be able to view how much was debited or has been liquidated for loan and breakdown of same. 3. Even when one clears/liquidate the loan, the app malfunctions by showing a different figure from what is supposed. 4. Debits: don't reflect on account until days later, thereby causing confusion, hence point 2.

This app is fantastic and very easy to use but I have one issue with the app, especially when it comes to device finance, the app is not up to date with the prices and phones in their third party shops where you will pickup the phone you requested for. On getting to konga office or any other pickup location, you hear we don't have that phone or the price is in not the same with the price the app previously showed you it's frustrating so please work on it thanks.

QuickBucks has stopped working since last week, each time one tries to launch the app, it bounces back immediately. Close App and App info are the only options on display. Very frustrating to be factual. I don't think Access bank management is checking reviews of their activities. Your quickbucks app has stopped working for months yet, no improvement nor even a word from your end. Truly, you have already made more than enough customers.
