Ratings and reviews

Was ok when I first used it in till I didn't receive 3 of my items, spoke with the customer. Care they offered to give me a refund, which will take three days or a voucher. I chose the voucher so I could reorder the 3 items. The 3 items cost $38.55 + $5 delivery fee. They ended up giving me $35 voucher to reorder, which didn't cover the 3 items I was missing I was told the order had to be greater than the voucher. So wanting me to spend more even though I was the one missing my items.

No way to log in without 2nd device. It says type this passcode with either txt or email txt doesn't get sent and email you diminish the milkrun app to go to email app go back to milkrun app and the place to put password is gone. So can't use without this. It refreshes the screen and goes to home page and the passcode is now invalid. If you can fix this I will change to stars later but I doubt it.

The app itself is good, but the service is not. My first order was successful. My second order was delayed to the point all the cold / frozen items were warm / almost defrosted, and the items they substituted weren't comparable to the items I chose.
