Ratings and reviews

App interface is poorly designed, including difficulty in selecting the pickup and drop off locations and unsolicited ad popups. Driver quality widely varies: some are good but others cancel after you wait patiently for them or fail to come to the correct location. One driver ran out of gas halfway through the ride, so I had to walk on the highway to get to my destination.

App is really pathetic. I tried to get monthly corporal service. I added minimum balance of 2970 rupees to get the service started. But unfortunately no one was ready to go. Service agent asked me to refund my balance. I refunded. They said refund would be in my account within 3 to 5 working days. It has been 3 rd week now. I didn't get refund. I contacted agent. She is not responding either. I also tried to contact their customer help centre. They kept repeating" it will be refunded." But I non

Hey Google, The app has no settings to turn off the marketing ads. I can either turn off the entire notifications from system settings or if I want important ride notifications I'll have to also get the annoying marketing notifications.
