Ratings and reviews

Starting today (9/10/2024), I can't even launch the app. It keeps giving the warning "Failed to Load" (even after reinstall). What do you mean failed to load, it's more like you're a failure. During the time I was able to launch the app, I couldn't even review my account tab without the app becoming stuck after registering pin numbers/ fingerprint. Plus, online transaction is impossible with the Secure TAC that's unable to open/respond.

What the heck just happened? Right after the update, I can no longer open the app. Whenever I touch the icon, my screen will freeze and I can't access into it. What terrible service! Can't receive SecureTAC nor can I transfer funds. Have to use the website which is still functional, unlike this app. Frustrating!

I don't easily give one star. Why bother changing to Octo when click is way more user friendly. I'm unable to open the app at all today. And even when I'm using it, a simple function like qr pay becoming an embarassing experience as it takes forever to complete. Update 16 Oct. Still unable to access CIMB OCTO. Installed the latest version 1.6.6 and using Android 10..shouldn't have a problem since I've been using it for a few weeks. Frankly speaking, this app has been a total embarassment!
