no way to chat with a customer service rep and options for calling is limited topics under the app. if you have issues with your bill or if you were charged for something in error you have to mail it via traditional mail according to the app. this means it will take weeks for a resolution where you're getting charged interest and possibly fees while that processes and that's if they decide it was indeed an error. I was just charged a fee for a returned payment that never even went to my bank

This app has become SO frustrating. It was all good at first, now, for the last 6 months or more everytime I sign in it says I'm on an unrecognized device and it has to send a verification code to my email...seriously, EVERY SINGLE TIME..and it only gives you 30 seconds to do it or it times out, its ridiculous, I have never had an app only give 30 seconds. I've had the same phone the entire time, why is it having so much difficulty 'recognizing' my device?!?! UPDATE...still happening...

I got a new card and made a couple purchases. I thought I would pay the balance early to avoid the monthly finance charge but that wasn't the case. I could make a payment with an $8 fee attached or setup a bank account for free. They were supposed to make a couple small deposits to verify the account but they took nearly 10 days to do it and by then the payment would've been late. I made the express payment and the $8 charge, feel like they scammed me so I'm closing this account.
