Ratings and reviews

Very useful app, frequent issues with processing payments for different services, like booking a flight, upgrading seats, changing flights. Same issue happens less frequently in a web browser but also occurs online. Over all very useful for status and changes of flights, gate changes, bag location, boarding status notifications. Those are excellent features.

Not the app, it's mostly good, it's the flights themselves that are a problem. It's a 50/50 chance your flight won't have problems, and I always get the flights with a problem. Last year, I my flight was delayed for three hours and then canceled. Now, I am sitting on my connecting flight after almost missing it because my previous one was delayed again. And to top it all off, this flight is having electrical issues after we left the gate.

Not too happy with this update. The new interface is a little cumbersome and not so immediate as the previous version. Also, it is extremely slow unload information and something gets stuck in it, to the point that I have to shut down the app and restart it. Larger buttons or rectangle are a waste of space, the previous side menu was much more functional
