Lost a lot of functionality for EVs. Can't plan my trip from the app any longer. I live in an area where chargers are sparse, so if I travel I need to know the plan before I actually get in the car and go. Also, when charging with the old version, there was an option to charge to 100% just for this one charge, then the cap would go back to what it was previously set at for subsequent charges. The location is now often inaccurate, as is the range info as there doesn't seem to be a way to refresh.

It's been several updates since my initial review and still... The location button only works 1% of the time after the big app redesign. Sometimes it doesn't show up at all. First the button didn't work at all, now you can click it... but it doesn't update the location frequently enough. We tried to use it to find where we parked in a large parking area, and it showed the car parked at a fast food location we were at 6 HOURS AGO. Also the email for app support is not monitored.

Used to show a photo of my vehicle, now just an empty box. Tried to pull the California opt out from and it goes to blank page. App is not as intuitive as prior one. You have limited electric vehicles and more ICE/Hybrids, don't make this only for those customers. Why did we change the app, just because??? Developers need to make improvements, don't reinvent the app each time. Great way to piss off customers! Haven't tried to see if remote start works as others seem to be complaining it is slow!
