It's a good app in overall, well designed. I like the possibility to postpone sessions, something that was missing from the previous app I used. It would be nice to have more specific tips on the diet to follow before or after a run. This is something I have been struggling for a long time, because I'm not sure what's the best to eat to achieve weight loss when doing workout. Definitely a five star app if it could accomplish this.

I have one issue that i want to ask about. While using the decathlon hrm belt with the app, my bmp resets at fixed intervals. So i can have around 150 bpm for a minute and sudently it drops to 30 and start climbing againt to 150. And then after one minute, again. Why? The graph sees it, the measurements see it... Is that normal? Is it a problem with the belt?

I miss the DĆ©cathlon training + website. I feel very sad they stop completely the service and disconnect it by the end of June. The yoga and dance course were fun, well explained. Now it is an AI with a robotic voice which guides the exercice. For personal reasons, I cannot do sport outside and need to do it indoor. The Training + website felt more human, more practical as well. An amazing service is stopped while people should be encouraged to do more sport.
