Ratings and reviews

I keep getting new emails to download the "new" app... But it's the same app. I'm thinking it's a new and improved version. While this app is useful and functions as intended, it's EXTREMELY slow, buggy, and will crash if one of the pages is taking too long to load. It's quicker to view everything from the website instead of using the supposed convenience of the HealthEquity Mobile app. :(

Changed rating to 1 *. Awful app. Can't wait for my HSA to rollover to Fidelity. Very buggy. Constantly get a popup to say to close app or wait. When you close the message, it pops up a few seconds later. Takes for ever to create a reimbursement. Also, not sure why it keeps asking to enter a medical provider when you have already done this on previous reimbursements. Very annoying and time consuming.

App is still hot garbage and Health Equity doesn't seem to care with no response or attempts to resolve. The app freezes and Android gives app isn't responding messages that makes it useless. Don't bother installing to save yourself frustration. The app is awful. It hangs constantly and Android prompts to wait or close app. There are too many steps to add a receipt to a card transaction.
