The accessibility API is used only to transmit the signal that users input to the TV remote control to the smartphone when using the ‘View Phone Screen on TV's Larger Screen’ function in the LG ThinQ app.

I built up over 270 points plus extra points when I purchased a water filter and air filter for my refrigerator from the LG app yesterday. Went to my app to log in for daily points. All my points disappeared!!!!. YOU NEED TO WORK AND CORRECT YOUR APP!! There is no point in using this app. If customers are losing their daily and purchase points.

Constantly losing Bluetooth connection. We have a new modem and now it won't allow me to connect to a new network. It gives me the option in the app menu but then won't do it. I look at the product guide and it tells you to follow the instructions in the app. Extremely unhelpful. I USED TO like being able to check appliance status and get tips. Please add a feature that allows me to silence alerts for individual appliances rather than the whole app. Also, recipes will not load.

App design for the washer/dryer is terrible. Every time the app updates, I don't get notifications for cycle ends until I open the app and confirm new agreement. Anytime the washer looses power, the remote start needs to be setup manually on the unit all over again. Good ideas but causes many more interactions with the unit that the app was designed to eliminate...
