I never rate APPS but I just hate this one so much! If I could give it 0 stars, I would! Myself & 3 other people that I know of, have tried to add funds to our accounts & can not. It's so frustrating! We've all called the number that pops up when it reads as error and can never get anyone on the phone. If there's an "updated" version of the app every other month, why isn't the simplest issue fixed? The whole point of the app is to add money to it to play the games more conveniently. POINTLESS!!

The newest update is garbage. My Samsung device is supported and version of Android as well. I have never turned my location services off on my device, and never had this problem before this last update. I can't play any games in the app, i keep getting an error message about geo location etc. I never had that issue before this most recent update to the app. It's frustrating and i don't think it's a coincidence either. Seems like most great things are turning to trash anymore.

The app is ok, but the scanner has become a problem with the new update. The yellow tickets take several tries to scan. It seems like the lottery scratcher tickets aren't having an issue. I've had the app a couple of years, but the last couple of weeks after the update is when the problem began. The lottery tickets scan intermittently, most often I get an error. Update 10-14-23 the app has gotten better for now. I'm no longer experiencing this issue. Also, I'm winning more lol.
