Ratings and reviews

1- If I enter an address to search for nearby providers, the app doesn't correctly use the distance selected. (Have to use zip code). 2- I'm new to the program and choosing an MCO for the first time, but the app insists I enter a reason for changing MCOs from a drop down list and doesn't have a choice for choosing one for the first time.

If I could give it less than one star I would, this app is completely useless it will not give you any results regardless of the information you provide and I know it should show something, the website does.

Is easy to use if it would actually let you enroll in a plan. it wont let me save the plan i choose says theres an error! I tryed again another day and it wouldnt let me login said client cant be found . So i just went to my current health plan and logged in with in seconds. obviously im a client. please fix these bugs cause it an awesome app if it would just work
