Measuring yourself with this "smart" tape measure paired with this app is one of the most infuriating things I've ever done. If the tape measure turns off, which it does after about 2 seconds, or the screen turns off, it doesn't record. Acts like it is not saving your measurement, then inserts that measurement for the next 3 body parts. I got through the process once, not sure I'll ever care to measure again to get the comparison.

Hi Rachel. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. The smart tape display will automatically turn off after 7–10 seconds. Simply pull the tape out again while on the measurement page, and it will reconnect to your phone. The problem is on Android 14 I have to reboot my phone to get the scale to sync. Nothing else works, resetting Bluetooth or Bluetooth anomaly don't work. Only resetting the phone works. This is unacceptable. It's really maddening that the old version works but we're forced to use this broken "upgrade". PLEASE FIX!!! ONE STAR!!!

The new update screwed tracking up. It completely reset tracking to start at the day of the update instead of the original date in which I began tracking. I should also be able to edit my goal without it affecting me start date. Any time I decide to try and fix it, it keeps resetting the start date. Let me edit the start date so the tracking includes all weights since a set point.
