There's no sign-in option to keep your profile saved. If you can't sign-in, there's no point of having the "upcoming" and "past" booking tabs, because the app doesn't know who you are. To check-in, it links to the mobile browser's webpage anyway, which makes this app useless.

Neither app nor the website are working / loading. And I can't book Thai Lion Air flights through 3rd party websites because my full name is too long. How is it possible to fail at the basics like that?

Easy to booking but everytime if some issue can't return to make payments again, calling to center Thai Lion Air so long time also hard to pick up call .
