Very cluttered, most of the content on your screen at any given point is not relevant. Biggest issue - when someone responds to the form on my website it goes directly into the Zoho CRM... But the app doesn't give me a notification. This is incredibly annoying. Edit - they responded asking me to 'elaborate on my issue via email'. I think I was specifically clear. Too cluttered, and doesn't notify. Those are the issues.

I wish it had a few tweeks though.... I notice that you can't search the whole database like you can in desktop mode. Could use a better way to take down customers calls but all in all a good application. Update: the statement provided below 👇 is a waste of time. Obviously no one still cares. Dozen skipped scheduled appointments, long holds times of hours even days to talk to someone and when you get someone they are usually the wrong person and need to transfer you to another long que.

@Glenn, you can now search the whole database using the global search option. Do update to the latest version of the app and check it out.

The functionality on iOS and Android is inconsistent, features on iOS are not on Android and it seems like the development and deploying speeds of features are not even. Its really disappointing because it is overall ok, but as a company if I need to have 2 different instructions to employees depending on the phones they use and 1 of them completely cannot complete a said task, that's extremely annoying and lacking as a paid user.
