Times out after a few minutes. You kinda have to find your way around but trying to do anything in the app is awful as it just times out every few minutes, this needs to be addressed & resolved. It took me what seemed like a lifetime to set up, as by the time I'd finished, it had timed out, oh & you don't get any notice or offer to extend the time, so I lost everything & had to restart. It doesn't recognise my id, even though I have it saved & if you get locked out, you lose everything 🤷🏻♀

Its unfortunate that all the Australian government apps lock you out when you haven't updated. It means showing something simple like a Medicare card is impossible if you don't have data or are in a place with network shadow. It completely removes access to the very govt support that we pay tax for and are forced to have a device with an app etc. I shouldn't lose access to services simply because I haven't used the app for some period of time.

What a screw around, I've been here for days running around in circles! such a terrible system, trying to make an account but can't as I have made one in the past. Trying to remember what email address I may have used to make an account in the past and when I finally did it asks for a code sent to a phone number that I never have used before. I remember the password and security questions but they make it impossible to login again! Support doesn't help either! Fix your damn systems and app 🤬🤬
