For some reason, the option to send an email is missing. What's up with this app? This issue is happening for anyone who has a LO at Sussex 1 in VADOC. The whole email option has been removed from the app and online. I swear it's always something with this place & JPay needs to address these issues quicker instead of sending us the same, blanket, response.

I have been using this app now for 4 years. In the beginning, it was fine. I was receiving my alerts. So I knew I had a message all that good stuff. Now half the time when I try to open the app, it's glitching, and I literally have to wait until it stops blinking to enter my info. These last couple days, it had to be something going on with the whole system because I couldn't log in to jpay or securus.

Works when it wants to. It's such a great app and convient. But only when it works. A lot of times I get notifications about messages and I can't open them through the app. I can't refresh the page. Closing the whole app and restarting it doesn't make it better. It just gets stuck on the loading page. Love the app when it works. But there's definitely more times when it doesn't.
