The app had been working fine all the way up to when it was time to check-in and obtain my boarding passes. When trying to check-in, the app continues to stop. It just simply stops working. I've attempted on two devices, restarted the devices and tried again, it didn't matter. I contacted customer service, and they weren't able to help with it. I have to check-in with Frontier at the airport, and it's a $20 fee per person, per trip for them to print our passes. 👎

Absolutely one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a travel app or customer service. I tried to check in the night before my flight. The app would not let me check in without paying for ugrades. I tried to check in on the website it wanted $500+ for tickets already purchased. Customer service only told me to refresh my browser. When that didnt work, they said I have to go to the airport an extra hour early & use a kisok. Extra $25 per person for boarding passes. The flight was fine.

The point of an app is to find your flight time and boarding pass. My flight is delayed significantly and I have received an email first thing this morning. However the app still shows the original time and same with the boarding pass. It is about an hour away and still no updates. The gate doesn't even say it services Frontier. A bit worried as to what the REAL info is!
