/ UPDATE: App is now working as expected. / This has been a really amazing app because there's been plenty of times I forgot to turn on my air conditioning unit. This saves me from coming home after work to a very hot living space. My only issue is with the recent update, I'm no longer able to set "Eco" mode in the app. Once I attempt to scroll past "Fan Only", it quickly jumps back up to "Cool".

(See update below.) I would have given 5 stars but after the recent update the app doesn't work right for me. I can no longer use the app to set my window air conditioner on Eco/Energy saver. I have to do it manually. Please fix this issue. Update: The app is fabulous! I love being able to control the window air conditioner remotely, even from other rooms. The support staff is excellent. They put out a fix yesterday. Thank you!

Please check to see if you have the latest app installed. We put a fix out yesterday for the Eco mode, The app may now show it as energy saver. Thanks, Kelly@SmartHQ

UPDATED: After speaking with the service support via phone the issues have been resolved. The password was missing from the connection label. Original: Can't get the dryer connected with the app. Followed all the instructions to add the dryer such as pressing and holding the Temp button to activate the wifi on the appliance, opened the SmartHQ app, and rescan but the appliance never appears in the app to be connected.
