Can be a bit clunky, particularly with location awareness. It's very easy to order from the wrong store particularly if there is more than one in your general area. I've sent and order to the wrong store a couple of times now and no way to cancel or otherwise change the store. End up paying for nothing and having to place a new order at the correct store.

This is a great option for fast food. I especially love the breakfast burritos. Fast and easy. The recent app update has made the process of ordering a fair bit longer. I feel like I'm clicking 12 or more times to order a "favorite" order which it didn't used to. I know these are champagne problems, but it's worth fixing. User experience is not just something, it's everything. Another thing that may be worth adding is the ability to comment on the quality of the individual meal/drink...

Well made app, the menu choices are easy to navigate, I order food for my fussy family on the fly. The only issue I get, which is minor IMHO , the app says my food is ready for pick up very soon after I order, but it's not, I still have to wait for them to make it.
