The app allows shoppers to check out right after replacing or refunding an item and then you're stuck paying for something you didn't want or unable to ask for an alternative. The app claims that after check out you can work it out with your shopper but in reality the shopper can't change anything after they check out. The app should give people 5 minutes to respond to a refund/replacement request before letting shoppers check out. This happens every time I use the app. It's very frustrating.

Expect every single order to have substitutions. Especially if you are aiming for something discounted, you are very unlikely to get it. If you spent your extra time choosing substitutions for the inevitably missing items, they might be easily ignored, or be absent too. Service that allows you to spend more time on shopping than you otherwise would.

Could really use a dark mode for those of us sensitive to bright light. I (as likely many others) tend to add items from recent orders or lists, and the recent changes not only make that more difficult by moving the icon to access these things, they also make it way more difficult than it should be. It's bad enough that grocery stores constantly move things around, it simply wasn't necessary for this app. Also, some items are not providing a dialog to add to cart.
